permission & medical, registration form, & packing list

All youth in the Flagstaff East Stake ages 14 - 18 are invited to participate in this important event.  This includes all youth who will turn 14 years old in 2026.  All youth and parents (or legal guardians) must complete the attached Registration Packet and return it to their respective Young Women's or Young Men's President as soon as possible.
